Your OpportunityWe are seeking a highly qualified Regional Manager  to lead and develop our operations in South East Europe &amp; CIS.How you will contribute<ul><li>Supervise and manage all operations within the South East Europe &amp; CIS territory.</li><li>Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities and develop plans for market penetration.</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.</li><li>Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team to ensure performance goals are met.</li><li>Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives and product launches.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.</li></ul>Who you are<ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>At least 10 years of experience in sales or business development with extensive knowledge of the wholesale and franchising channels.</li><li>Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.</li><li>Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.</li><li>Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.</li><li>Willingness to travel as needed.</li></ul>Why work with us?This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a dynamic team with an unconventional brand that offers possibilities to learn and grow.
