Your opportunity
Functional report to Brand HR team in the headquarters. You have opportunities to work with regional HR team in Hong Kong / Shanghai / Singapore. You will support brands in relation to new graduate recruitment and lead various activities that should be operated as a group.
Additionally, be responsible for various HR projects, such as Inclusion & Diversity, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, implemented across brands together with the HR manager.
How you will contribute
Your mission will be the following:
Overall recruitment activities using multiple channels and media, and associated administration for Brand.
Manages the cycle using recruitment management tools and partners with payroll/operation team for onboarding
Recruits new graduates in the group (organizes on-campus company seminars, arranges the induction ceremony)
Coordinates and organises group orientations for new graduates.
Identifies organisational strategies and business needs, provides HR advice and solutions
Responds to various enquiries from employees and provides consultancy and problem-solving as required
Identifies issues related to management, performance, and ethics, and takes remedial measures in consultation with relevant stakeholders
Proceeds with a variety of administration in connection with employee data including personal info, job change and payroll etc.
Work with the Human Resources Managers on projects as a group on Inclusion & Diversity, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, etc.
Qualifications
At least 3 years' experience in a recruitment role, with a total of at least 5 years' experience in an HR-related role
Systematic understanding of HR and labour
High communication skill to manage multiple stakeholders
Has an interest in business and be able to establish an affinity
Insight skills, analytical skills, objective assessment of the situation
Highly motivated to learn and able to take challenges positively
Fluent in Japanese and business level English
Experience in retail and luxury brand fields is a plus
