    We are currently seeking a WW E-Commerce Manager who will report to the Chief Client & Digital Officer as part of our dynamic team in Rome.

    Your opportunity

    Your mission is to grow the Brioni online E-Commerce business. This is a strategic position in which you will lead the E-Commerce team with the necessary strategy to drive daily sales, seek continuous improvement on KPIs and overseeing financial results to ensure the expected growth. You will further evolve the headless architecture to an optimal scale with an eye for evolving business needs. You will oversee complex projects and collaborate with various partners to continuously enhance the online experience for our clients. You will set team goals and find professional pathways for team members to grow and help them succeed. You will closely collaborate with Brioni digital innovation and MIS, retail, supply chain, marketing, customer service, finance, legal functions, Kering and external partners.

    How you will contribute

    • Digital marketing
      • Lead the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, working closely with the Head of PR and Media to create a full-funnel strategy.
      • Coordinate with external agencies to implement multi-channel campaigns, including PPC, paid social media ads, SEO, and newsletters, to drive brand awareness and conversions.
      • Monitor and report on campaign performance, analyzing the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to maximize ROI.
      • Continuously optimize digital marketing activities implementing best practices and staying updated with industry trends and algorithm changes.
    • Drive the execution of the E-Commerce roadmap and help define its constant evolution
      • Oversee or drive key projects such as the e-commerce architecture evolution, the CRO activities on the front-end, China digital expansion, made-to-order tool developments, web accessibility, back-office system integration.
      • Simultaneously coordinate the efforts in a financial, qualitative, and timely manner, between the various contributing internal and external parties throughout the various, usually overlapping, project life cycles.
      • Ensure efficient and effective delivery of services in areas such as content, marketing, IT, fulfillment and logistics, customer service, payment processing and BI. Report on success, issues and find ways to drive for progress.
      • Liaise with Kering on E-Commerce practices as well as system architecture and integration.
    • Manage the E-Commerce operations
      • Oversee timely, qualitative, and optimal publication of newsletters, online products and content. Continuously optimize site navigation, search, categories, filters and placement-merchandising strategies.
      • Maximize sales conversion, drive higher order values and engagement. Optimize user journeys, online assortment, in collaboration with marketing and merchandising. Manage supporting agencies for instance for translations.
      • Develop solid business intelligence reporting to allow for insightful conclusions. Provide, interpret and follow-up on E-Commerce KPIs (monthly), sales analysis (weekly), including also to Kering.
      • Control departmental CAPEX and OPEX budget, identifying associated risks & opportunities throughout the year.
    • Strive for continuous improvement
      • Identify opportunities and implement tactics to drive substantial growth, using market research, customer feedback and web analytics.
      • Lead all further website developments, UX enhancements, change requests, bug fixing and optimizations.
      • Optimize process improvements especially with retail operations to improve speed of order fulfilment, improve quality in execution, deal with important customer cases.
      • Ensure compliance with E-Commerce evolving legislation and web accessibility management.
      • Act as a knowledge hub for Brioni's E-Commerce. Share best practices with sister brands.

    Who you are

    • Degree in business/economics, management, engineering, or other related fields
    • Min 10 years’ experience in E-Commerce. Strong IT and business acumen. Sensitive to luxury.
    • Hands-on, initiative-taking person, with a passion to drive for solutions in a resourceful way
    • Strong project management skills with acquired methodology and eye for detail
    • Capacity to simplify jargon and complex architecture
    • Enthusiastic with high levels of energy, self–motivation and resilience, inspiring others to follow their lead
    • Excellent at partnering up with people of various cultures and personal styles in international environment
    • Fluent in English
    • Experience in JAMstack technology and headless E-Commerce would be a significant advantage
