We are currently looking for a Stone Setting Specialist.

Our mission:

La risorsa verrà inserita all’interno della divisione Produzione.

How will you contribute:

Riportando al Supervisor di riferimento, la risorsa supporterà il team nelle seguenti attività:

• Incastonatura di pietre (preziose e semipreziose) che richiedono abilità manuale ed esperienza medio/alta;

• Utilizzo delle attrezzature più recenti: Microscopio, Gravermax, sfera;

• Incastonatura a battuto, tagliato, ad alzata, griffes;

• Valutazione estetica, basata su sensibilità e competenze tecniche, criteri di verifica e rispetto delle fasi del processo;

• Acquisizione della conoscenza del prodotto in tutte le sue linee.

Who you are:

• Almeno 2/3 anni di esperienza nel ruolo;

• Orientamento al risultato con un forte focus alle ottimizzazioni dei costi (tempi e metodi di produzione);

• Ottime capacità relazionali;

• Passione per il settore della gioielleria;

• Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e veloce;

• Ottime capacità di problem solving;

• Capacità di comunicare in modo efficace con i vari membri del team;

• Attitudine al lavoro di squadra.
