As of December 31, 2023, private individual shareholders held 4.2% of the Group’s share capital. Institutional investors owned 52.7% of the share capital, with 6.8% held by French institutions and 45.9% by investors residing outside France. Among the international institutional investors, North America-and United Kingdom-based shareholders held 19.9% and 11.2% of the share capital, respectively. Continental European investors (excluding France) held 7.9% of the share capital, including Switzerland (1.4%), Germany (1.3%) and Norway (1.3%). Shareholders based in the Asia-Pacific region represented 3.1% of the share capital.
