Béatrice Lazat

Biography

Béatrice Lazat began her career in Luxury at Cartier before moving to Christofle. She then joined the L’Oréal group where she embarked on an international career spanning more than 20 years, working successively in the U.K, Hong Kong, Australia and finally China where she was Human Resources Director, L’Oréal APAC, based in Shanghai.
 
Béatrice was appointed Chief People Officer for Kering in 2016 and immediately set about fostering an inclusive culture and collaborative spirit, thanks in particular to the digital transformation of working practices, an emphasis on employee internal mobility and the nurturing of open, stimulating and multicultural working environments. She is also committed to furthering diversity and greater work-life balance within the Kering Group.
 
Béatrice Lazat is a French national and a graduate of ESCP Europe Business School. She also holds an MBA from Georgia State University.
