Europe du Sud.RESPONSABILITESPérimètre : Europe Développer et implémenter la stratégie de formation Europe <ul><li>Définir et déployer le plan d’action de formation local en collaboration avec le Retail Excellence Manager, l’équipe Training International et les Directions de marché (France &amp; Europe du Sud et Europe du Nord-Est)</li><li>Planifier, organiser et coordonner l’ensemble des sessions de formation réalisées sur la zone selon les guidelines du siège et la stratégie commerciale de la région</li><li>Adapter les formations aux besoins spécifiques de la région en utilisant des formats appropriés</li><li>Evaluer et communiquer les besoins de formation pour le futur</li><li>Ajuster si nécessaire la stratégie de formation en fonction de l’évolution du contexte et des besoins de la zone</li><li>Évaluer l’impact des formations dispensées en analysant les indicateurs de performance clés et en recueillant les retours des participants pour assurer une amélioration continue des programmes de formation en étroite collaboration avec les directeurs de boutique</li></ul>Déployer les formations en Europe<ul><li>Préparer et animer l’ensemble des modules de formations (ouvertures de points de vente, formation nouveaux entrants, Formation produits, Lancements, techniques de vente…) pour tous les collaborateurs retail de la région, pour qu’ils deviennent des ambassadeurs de la Maison Boucheron </li><li>En ligne avec la stratégie, accompagner les équipes de vente sur les enjeux commerciaux de satisfaction client, fidélisation de la clientèle, cross et up-selling, négociation en leur fournissant des outils, des formations et des supports adaptés pour optimiser leurs performances et atteindre les objectifs fixés</li><li>Former sur base d’activités concrètes (ex : jeux de rôle) pour s’assurer que le discours de vente est maîtrisé sur l’ensemble des lignes de produit.</li></ul><ul><li>Soutenir et accompagner les équipes commerciales dans le cadre de la préparation aux événements de la Maison / VIC Care sur des questions de formation et dans un objectif de développement de compétences des équipes pour offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle</li></ul>Garantir la qualité des formations par un suivi individuel et personnalisé :<ul><li>Être le référent de la zone pour les équipes de vente sur les messages de la Maison (l’Histoire, les collections, les techniques joaillères et horlogères, la gemmologie, la cérémonie de vente Maison...)</li><li>Adapter les outils de formation aux spécificités locales et aligner la planification des formations avec les besoins du business et les rythmes des équipes retail</li><li>Assurer un suivi personnalisé des formations reçues pour définir les parcours de développement de chaque membre de l&#39;équipe</li><li>Former les Area Managers en les accompagnant dans leur rôle de « formateur-relais » pour les équipes wholesale</li></ul>Assurer la gestion administrative et budgétaire de l’activité Training  <ul><li>Mener un suivi de l’ensemble des formations réalisées sur la zone et réaliser un reporting régulier auprès des Directions marchés et de l’équipe Training International</li><li>Animer la plateforme e-Learning Boucheron sur la région Europe et assurer un suivi mensuel de sa bonne utilisation (reporting, relances, animations, etc.)</li><li>Etablir le budget de formation annuel de la zone Europe en cohérence avec les priorités business et le plan d’actions, en collaboration avec le Responsable Retail Excellence</li><li>Gérer le suivi mensuel du budget et des dépenses : enregistrement et traitement comptable hebdomadaire des factures reçues pour transmission à la comptabilité (saisie, imputations, signatures…)</li><li>Effectuer les provisions mensuelles et clôtures semestrielles et annuelles</li></ul>PROFIL <ul><li>Expérience confirmée de 6 ans dans le secteur du luxe et de minimum trois ans dans des fonctions de formation</li><li>Une expérience dans l’univers de la joaillerie est un plus</li><li>Connaissance approfondie des codes du luxe</li><li>Excellentes aptitudes à communiquer et à influencer : passionné et passionnant, inspirant, pédagogue, persuasif, empathique</li><li>Aisance relationnelle et diplomate dans un contexte international et multiculturel, capacité à s’adapter aux différentes cultures européennes</li><li>Orienté business et clients</li><li>Profil doté d&#39;un esprit critique, d&#39;un esprit d&#39;équipe, de curiosité et d&#39;agilité.</li><li>Langues : Français et Anglais bilingue indispensables</li><li>Informatique : maîtrise d’Excel et Power Point</li><li>Voyages fréquents en Europe  </li></ul>&#34;Nous croyons en la richesse des perspectives et des origines. Press, Celebrity &amp; Influence Coordinator, AmericasBASE SALARY - $70,000-$80,000 per yearLocation:New York, USAReporting:Press, Celebrity &amp; Influence Senior Manager, AmericasYour main mission is the following:Operational Missions:Successfully execute Boucheron PR, Influence and Celebrity strategy in time and budget, following guidance and objectives set by Press, Celebrity &amp; Influence Senior Manager. Organize and deliver agreed on collaborations with press, influencers and celebrities, including perfect management of logistics and monitoring of activities and impacts.
