Intitulé du poste : Responsable Achats Directs - Produits castings et pierres<h1></h1>Descriptif du poste :Au sein du service le Responsable Achats Directs reporte au Directeur Achats et Ressources Externes. il manage un acheteur.Vos missions principales seront les suivantes : <ul><li>Assurer la fonction ACHAT des produits finis à dominante casting, des pierres de pavage et des pierres de couleurs sur les segments Joaillerie, Fine Joaillerie et Horlogerie</li><li>Définir et gérer intégralement le  panel de fournisseurs</li><li>Négocier et conclure les achats de tous produits ou service nécessaire à la production, aux meilleures conditions de qualité, prix et délais.</li><li>Garantir la performance fournisseur (SPM)</li></ul>Activités du poste :<ul><li>Gestion complète de relation fournisseur (SRM) sur les plans contractuels, tarifs, compliance, RSE et performance.</li><li>Optimisation des couts de production par l’analyse de la valeur, la mise en concurrence systématique et la recherche d’économies d’échelle tant sur les produits en gamme que les nouveautés.</li><li>Gestion des capacités de production : Définir les besoins en termes d’évolution des capacités de production au regard des prévisions de production à court, moyen et long terme (PIC). Piloter les projets d’évolution des capacités de production des fabricants existants et/ou démarrage de nouveaux fabricants. Co-définir avec la direction industrielle l’attribution des nouveautés aux fabricants et mettre en place le dispositif nécessaire pour la bonne intégration des nouvelles références dans la Supply Chain.</li><li>Sécurisation et fluidité des approvisionnements :  Définir la stratégie de diversification (multi- sourcing) et assurer sa mise en œuvre par la conduite des projets résultants. Définir la stratégie de constitution de stocks stratégiques de composants ou de semi finis.
