Our Opportunity:We are currently looking for a Boutique Manager for our Bal Harbour Boutique, who will drive sales, motivate sales staff, establish and maintain customer service, and is accountable for the operation of the store ensuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandise, inventory, expense control, human resources management, training and supervising staff.How you will contribute:SalesDrive the achievement of store’s sales and KPI targets established by Senior ManagementFunctions as role model to staff by performing all store functions as necessary, demonstrating professional demeanor and disciplined work habits, as well as promoting positive attitudes toward customersMotivates the team and contributes personally to building client relationships throughout every step, from recruitment to outreach activitiesEnsure that the exceptional Pomellato client experience is provided throughout every interactionProvides a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every client, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of customer serviceEstablish personal sales goals for staff and monitor sales performanceBuild a network of people and clients who have an impact on the local and international market in order to develop client baseMinimizes client complaints through effective customer service in accordance with store policy Work with Retail Performance Manager in developing and implementing plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed goals and objectivesOperations:Maintains store standards in accordance with corporate policy. Receives and examines deliveries for discrepancies and resolves problems promptlyGenerate ongoing market intelligence; Work with the merchandiser to ensure appropriate merchandise stock levels, merchandise adjacencies and presentations; signing, and assortment in all departments; ensure selling floor is adequately stockedMaintains and stocks inventory, and prices products according to pricing as set forth by the corporate officeReports any theft or suspected theft by clients or employees to the appropriate parties immediatelyCoordinates employee consignments for approval. Job Family Group Description - Sales / Omni-Channel:
Combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management.

Job Family Description -Retail Operations:
Supports the sales process – puts displays in place, keeps stock level inventory, payment transactions, fitting or garment alterations.

Sub-Job Family Description - Retail Operations:
Coordinates operational activities of stores. Monitors the flow of products and ensures the store is kept well stocked. Supports store projects (changes in opening and closing times, renovations or relocation, etc.) Liaises with necessary departments to coordinate an action rollout plan within deadline and budget.
