The brand’s iconic Wulu collection revisits the legendary Chinese gourd, an auspicious emblem in Chinese tradition.</h3><h3>Qeelin is part of the global Luxury group Kering.<br /> </h3><h3>To cope with business growth, we are currently looking for high calibre with creative mind-set to join us.</h3><h3></h3><h3><b>HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE </b></h3><ul><li><h3>Report directly to Regional Retail Manager, work closely with other boutique teams and other departments</h3></li><li><h3>Build and develop a new boutique team, include regular training and mentoring according to company principles</h3></li><li><h3>Lead and manage store opening</h3></li><li><h3>Initiate and execute strategic boutique team action plan in response to retail climate and sales target effectively</h3></li><li><h3>Manage daily shop operations and ensure that sales target are achieved</h3></li><li><h3>Create regular report and establish good communication with Head of Retail and office level teams</h3></li><li><h3>Conduct luxury clienteling and deliver boutique service excellence, include growing new and VIP database, manage customer follow-ups and issues</h3></li><li><h3>Maintain proper inventory mix and healthy stock levels</h3></li><li><h3>Implement assigned practice and guidelines to enforce brand values</h3></li></ul><h3></h3><h3><b>WHO YOU ARE</b></h3><ul><li><h3>Experience in leading and managing store openings</h3></li><li><h3>Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in luxury retail with at least 5 years in managerial role. Candidate with jewelry and watches experience would be an advantage</h3></li><li><h3>Strong analytical skills and excellent business acumen, actively react to retail environment with effective action plans</h3></li><li><h3>Proactive and result-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills</h3></li><li><h3>Self-motivated and high integrity</h3></li><li><h3>Excellent leadership, problem-solving and people management skills</h3></li><li><h3>Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese</h3></li><li><h3>Proficient in computer applications, i.e. Microsoft Office, POS systems &amp; etc.</h3></li></ul><h3></h3><h3><b>WHY WORK FOR US ?</b></h3><h3>Unique opportunity to be working in Hong Kong under the headquarter office, and to strategically be a fashion-forwarder with new ideas and initiatives to be implemented globally. <p><b><i>How you will contribute</i></b></p><p></p><ul><li>Sales Objectives &amp; Targets</li></ul><ul><li>Aim to exceed all sales targets set by the Company and at the very minimum ensure that all targets are met by constantly building and maintaining a strong client base.</li><li>Analyze sales figures and CRM activity to develop immediate &amp; long range goal plans. You are also expected to devise and execute strategies for sales generation in order to meet monthly goals, including; sales associates &amp; team incentives.</li><li>Oversee in-store promotional displays and customer events</li><li>Awareness of local &amp; luxury market trends and monitoring local competition activity- .</li><li>Building relationships with local and VIP clients.</li></ul><p></p><ul><li>Store Standards and Customer Care</li></ul><ul><li>Liaising with your team, other relevant colleagues and customers in order to identifying and resolving urgent issues</li><li>Showcase exemplary customer service and resolve customer situations diplomatically, whilst abiding to all Company policies</li><li>Adhering and reinforcing the brand’s visual merchandising guidelines</li><li>Ensure best possible management of stores upkeep and maintenance, surveying and highlighting any necessary building work, cleaning &amp; other action is undertaken</li></ul><p></p><ul><li>Manage Store Operating Budget</li></ul><ul><li>Manage store operations in the most effective way whilst minimizing costs through; headcount and operating costs including; couriers/postage/ alterations &amp; any other outsourced work</li></ul><p></p><ul><li>People Management</li></ul><ul><li>As the key member of the management team you must lead and motivate staff by being a role model and setting an exceptional example to all staff.</li><li>Identifying performance issues and managing them informally, seeking advice from the HR department where necessary. Where concerns need to be raised formally, work with HR to ensure the Company’s obligations are met to make sure a fair and consistent process is followed.</li><li>Taking ownership of the recruitment process, seeking authorization to recruit, sourcing candidates and conducting interviews.</li><li>To conduct in-store training including: coordinating the induction of new staff into the store, product knowledge; sharing information gained from the collection presentations and identifying members of staff who require further attention to ensure that their knowledge is to the high standard we require.</li><li>To carry out yearly appraisals for all staff, following the Company’s procedure and providing constructive and comprehensive feedback, as well as setting individual objectives for development.</li><li>To have an understanding of your staff’s training needs and to liaise with the HR Department to develop ways to implement your training needs.</li><li>Regularly updates staff on business performance, and new initiatives.</li><li>Develop and convert into practical application, the knowledge and skills related to techniques, processes, laws, procedures, policies, equipment and products necessary to do the job effectively and efficiently.</li><li>Co-ordinating rotas and overtime</li><li>Monitoring sickness and other absences such as holiday and maternity leave, ensuring appropriate cover is provided, limiting the use of agency staff.</li></ul><p></p>

Job Family Group Description - Sales / Omni-Channel:
Combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management.

Job Family Description -Store Management:
Oversees and guides the stores to ensure a unique customer experience. Manages the relationship between clients and sales team. For the customer, this is the visible face of the brand.

Sub-Job Family Description - Store Manager:
Oversees the business at 360 degrees. Ensures a unique customer experience and that business goals are achieved by effective sales strategies and CRM activities. Promotes staff engagement, motivation and development. Follows visual guidelines to ensure immaculate product display and store image. Ensures store operational procedures run smoothly and efficiently. Represents the brand and our company values at all times.
