First published in 2005, the Code of Ethics sets out the Group's ethical principles and expectations of its employees and partners. It also defines Kering’s commitment to the environment and to society at large.

Published in September 2017, the Charter applies to all of Kering’s Houses, reflecting high standards of integrity, responsibility and respect.
As part of its 2025 sustainability strategy, Kering is committed to ensuring 100% compliance from suppliers with the Kering Standards for raw materials and manufacturing processes by 2025.
