FP&A analyst is the business partner of the leadership team and is responsible for supporting all financial activities, leading process simplification activities and pro-actively assists leadership team in achieving company’s goals. The FP&A analyst's major responsibilities include financial planning and analysis, monitoring and suggesting optimization of corporate OPEX spending as well as capital expenditures, scheduling and coordination of physical inventory, financial reporting to global Headquarter team and lead continuous improvement of FP&A processes.
- Work closely with Financial Controller and cross-functional organizations to develop effective strategies and programs to meet functional and operational knowledge of broad company processes and policies.
- Assist in all aspects of FP&A and reporting to proactively provide the Financial Controller with information to aid decision making and cost management.
- Work with Commercial Team to perform physical inventory.
- Forecasting activities include the identification of risks and opportunities, work with functional teams to ensure control over critical areas of total company profit & loss, capital expenditures, and balance sheet.
- Perform detailed analysis of gross margin and COGS and project provisions related to markdown and damaged goods with accuracy.
- Develop and maintain database of key financial and operating metrics and/or performance measurements related to the functional organization.
- Work with external/internal auditors to ensure reporting is compliant with global reporting standards.
