    ABOUT SAINT LAURENT Founded in 1961, Yves Saint Laurent was the first couture house to introduce the concept of luxury prêt-à-porter in a 1966 collection called ‘Rive Gauche’, synonymous with youth and freedom. This shift represented a first critical step in the modernization of fashion and revolutionized the socio-cultural landscape. In 1999, the luxury goods division of the Kering Group acquired Yves Saint Laurent and, under the creative direction of Anthony Vaccarello since April 2016, continues to position the house at the summit of the luxury universe. Today, Saint Laurent collections include women’s and men’s ready-to-wear, shoes, handbags, small leather goods, jewelry, scarves, ties and eyewear.

    ROLE

    This position is based in the Saint Laurent Hong Kong office, directly reporting to Senior Human Resources Manager with a focus on talent acquisition and talent development initiatives across Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan region.

    MISSION

    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for retail and corporate positions, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer preparation
    • Engage candidates throughout the recruitment, pre-boarding, and keep-warm processes to ensure a positive candidate experience
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring requirements and align recruitment strategies that are fit-for-purpose
    • Utilize market research and data points to provide impactful insights, and act as a talent advisor to support business objectives effectively
    • Provide administrative support in package proposal, contract preparation, HRIS process and onboarding logistics for new joiners
    • Leverage diverse sourcing methods to build a robust pipeline of high-caliber candidates
    • Compile talent related analysis reports including search status, key talent acquisition metrics to track the effectiveness of job boards, service providers, recruitment cost ,and time-to-fill, etc
    • Support regional projects and global initiatives rollout, provide timely administrative support to ensure smooth deployment
    • Work closely with the market HRBP to drive alignment and standardization of performance management, talent development framework and development action plans across the region
    • Maintain an up-to-date database for talent pipelines and talent programs
    • Other duties may be assigned as appropriate

    PROFILE

    • Degree holder in Human Resource Management or related disciplines
    • A minimum of 3 - 5 years’ progressive talent acquisition experience in multi-national organization ideally from fashion, retail or recruitment agency
    • Capable to multi-task and prioritize according to business requirements with a flexible and proactive working attitude, able to work under pressure in a demanding environment and be a self-starter
    • Mature and a good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Highly proficient in English, Cantonese, Mandarin
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
    • Familiarity with Workday application will be a plus
