    We are currently seeking a Client Advisor – VM Ambassador as part of our dynamic team in our Roma Condotti Store.

    SALES PERFORMANCE

    • Finalizes sales targets achievements in line with Company strategy
    • Efficiently manages time to accomplish the tasks assigned
    • Represents Bottega Veneta brand image

    CLIENT EXPERIENCE

    • Creates an engaging and emotional client experience offering the best-in-class service, in line with Bottega Veneta Client Journey
    • Collects and updates client information to ensure an efficient use of CRM
    • Embraces the clienteling culture of building strong and long-term relationship with clients

    STYLING

    • Understands luxury, the collections and fashion trends
    • Works on silhouettes, brings alternative items to get clients to discover more about the collection
    • With the creative vision in mind, confidently advices clients as to how they can style the pieces

    STORE OPERATIONS

    • Keeps the stock tidy, knows and monitors stock deliveries and availabilities, communicates in a timely manner out-of-stock merchandise and any other useful information
    • Knows and applies company policies, procedures and guidelines

    VM ACTIVITIES

    • Provides store setup support and cooperates with HQ VM during the store setup / windows special installations.
    • Regularly checks the store setup and guarantees the VM guidelines are respected
    • During the morning briefing, updates the colleagues about any VM changes.
    • Fills in the specific monthly VM report to be sent to HQ VM at the end of each month.

    Who you are:

    • Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory
    • At least 3 years of previous experience in Fashion & Luxury contexts, preferably in with Visual Merchandising focus
    • Excellent client service attitude as well as communication and emphatic skills                  
    • Good team player that works in partnership with in-store colleagues and HQ VM team
    • Capacity to work in a fast moving and dynamic environment and able to build a strong and diversified client portfolio
    • Ability to share the VM inputs and make sure that all the team respect/understand them.
    • Attention to details and aims to achieve the highest quality standards.
