    We are currently seeking a HR Manager who will report to the Global Corporate & Retail HR Manager as part of our dynamic team in Milan.

    Your opportunity

    You will have a fantastic opportunity to join as a EMEA HR Manager to support our EMEA Boutiques and EMEA Regional Director as well as our Corporate Directors and people in our office in Milan with a wide range of people matters. You will deal with recruiting and developing talents, focusing on people quality enhancement; you will be the point of reference for projects related to change management, internal mobility, employer branding, climate analysis, compensation and benefit review and more.

    How you will contribute

    • Talent acquisition and onboarding activities
    • Deployment of training and development programs
    • Local deployment of Brioni and Kering development and training projects: talent management, employees’ opinion survey
    • Counselling to managers and employees
    • Supporting organizational, engagement and culture change initiatives
    • Ensuring appropriate budget process and personnel cost control
    • Employee relations issues and litigations
    • Supporting Compensation & Benefit processes;
    • Implementing, co-designing and monitoring of HR policies, procedures and programs

    Who you are

    • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in the Retail industry
    • Master degree in humanistic topics, like work and organizational psychology or similar will be a plus
    • Fluent in English
    • Strong computer skills, highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools
    • Good knowledge of high-end fashion field
    • Strong interpersonal communication and communication skills
    • Flexible to work in a multicultural context
    • A proactive and positive individual
    • Team worker
    • Able to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Self-development attitude
    • Sense of ownership
    • Availability to business travels abroad
