    We are currently seeking an HR Intern as part of our dynamic team in Rome.

    We are looking for an intern to support in the People Development & Inclusion topics: Recruiting, Onboarding programs for new employees, Support in Employee relations and Business Partnering, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Engagement and Diversity & Inclusion with HR team and other business functions to support our employees in their lifecycle.                   

    How you will contribute

    • Support in the recruitment process in creating job requisition, manage applications, agencies contact, screening and interviews
    • Support in onboarding programs for the new employees and related activities (badge deliver, onboarding meetings planning, IT devices etc.)
    • System Workday maintenance (hirings; terminations; promotions; organization updates)
    • Regular update of housing contracts database, management of internal communication to employees, payroll, finance and general service team, management of contract withdrawal
    • Archive employees’ documents
    • Support in coordinating the execution of training and development programs for the House, with a focus on project management and logistics
    • Support in managing the annual cycle and manage continuous improvement of the performance review process, by also promoting a healthy culture of feedback
    • Support in managing the yearly talent campaign from kick-off to the definition of development plans of our talents
    • Support in Engagement projects and initiatives to promote exchange, participation and open communication across teams
    • Support the definition and sharing of Brioni Culture, and integrate it in the activities of the HR function
    • Support in identifying succession plans for key positions and populations, also in relation to the Key Positions map of the House
    • Support in coordinating the implementation of Inclusion & Diversity initiatives
    • Support on Employer branding activities
    • Support on Viva implementation

    Who you are

    • Previous experience in a similar position in the Retail/Luxury will be a plus
    • Master’s degree in HR management, organizational management or similar will be a plus
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data management, advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts) and PowerPoint
    • Graphic tools expertise is a plus
    • An Empathic person, genuinely attentive to peoples’ needs and development opportunities
    • Curious and have an appetite for learning & people development topics
    • Passionate about Learning, talent and D&I topics
    • Organized, analytical, with attention to detail
    • A solution finder and action-oriented team player
    • Fluent in English and Italian
