How you will contribute

• Gestire la registrazione della fatturazione passiva nel rispetto delle tempistiche per la registrazione dei documenti fiscali e per le chiusure annuali e infrannuali.

• Garantire l’aggiornamento e la registrazione dei cespiti.

• Verificare la correttezza dei documenti doganali e di quelli di trasporto (es ddt, ordini di acquisto).

• Garantire l’imputazione e l’aggiornamento dei dati a sistema (partite iva, documenti di trasporto, bolle).

• Gestire le scritture di prima nota e di assestamento.

• Garantire la corretta gestione dei partitari fornitori.

• Gestire la registrazione delle carte di credito aziendali.

• Assicurare una corretta gestione dell’archivio digitale delle fatture e dei documenti di trasporto.

• Supportare le attività di analisi di cash flow periodico.

• Fornire un supporto collaborativo al team di Accounting.

• Analizzare dati e informazioni inserendoli a sistema in modo conforme alle procedure in essere per il team Accounting.

• Garantire il rispetto dei piani di lavoro definiti dall’Accounting Payable Coordinator al fine di raggiungere gli obiettivi assegnati.

Who you are

• Laureando/a o laureato/a in Economia con interesse ad approfondire temi di contabilità o Diplomato/a in Ragioneria

• Precedente esperienza di 1-2 anni nella gestione del ciclo passivo, preferibilmente in aziende strutturate

• Buona padronanza del Pacchetto Office, in particolare di Excel

• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese

• La conoscenza di SAP sarà considerata un plus
