Your opportunity
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Planner who will work in a modern and international contest, based in Padova Head Quarter, reporting directly to our Sales Planning Director.
How you will contribute
- Managing a global Sales Planning process and related tools with the objective of developing a monthly forecast of the expected sales volumes at aggregate level (brand, market, product type…)
- Collecting all the sales projections data from different sales departments and geographies
- Discussing and validating data with all the markets and channels
- Sharing data to the Demand Planning Team to analyze variances
- Organizing periodical meetings with sales team to discuss data, performances, and action plans
- Ensuring accuracy and on time execution of the processes
- Preparing and sharing deviation analysis at global and market level to constantly monitor the order collection trends vs provided forecast and budget targets
- Building up a feasible global sales fulfilment calendar in collaboration with Demand Planning, Supply Chain and Sales
- Regularly analyzing the order portfolio and proposing actions in terms of composition and maintenance
- Guaranteeing the reporting update to support process execution and business trend understanding.
Who you are
- Degree in Economics or equivalent disciplines
- Previous experience in similar roles of 3-5 years in complex multinational contexts
- Knowledge of SAP will be considered a plus
- Fluency in English
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package, in particular Excel
- Attitude to problem solving
- Passion and enthusiasm
