    Your opportunity

    We are currently seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Brno branch office.

    How you will contribute

    • Handling customer inquiries using different communication channels
    • Identifying and escalating priority issues
    • Providing customers with product and service information
    • Creating new business opportunities through a proactive approach
    • Manage customer master data ensuring timely maintenance, accuracy, completeness and integrity of all information
    • Manage order flow from order acquisition to order entry in compliance with agreed trade terms
    • Manage delivery flow by liaising directly with planning, logistics and customer whilst acting as first point of contact in the event of any query/issue
    • Manage goods returns in compliance with agreed trade terms
    • Act as customer’s first point of contact in case of commercial, logistics and product claims, by managing and solving customer complaints and by providing information
    • Show active participation in both organizational preparation and execution by supporting with the facilitation of Sales events such as Buying Days and Collection presentations, Logistics of customer’s onsite trainings and customer’s visits
    • Issue sales/customer-related reporting to the benefit of both sales team and upper manager
    • Propose solutions to the upper manager to enhance customer service-related procedures, processes and systems
    • Participate to ad hoc sales-related activities and/or projects.

    Who you are

    • Bachelor / Master's degree
    • 3+ years of experience in similar roles
    • English is mandatory
    • SK/CZ are a plus
    • Ability to work within fast growing environments and contribute to build a new organization
    • Work experience in a B2B customer service environment
    • Good working knowledge of Office Package (Excel, Power Point, Word)
    • Plus: experience with CRM and SAP tools
    • Plus: knowledge of sales principles and methods
    • Plus: knowledge of order-to-cash flows
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Customer-oriented
