Our Opportunity:
We are currently looking for a HR Project Management Intern to join our Pomellato Human Resources team based in Milan HQ.
How you will contribute:
Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of the leadership development program, ensuring alignment with overall program goals and timelines. Help manage scheduling, tracking progress, and maintaining key milestones.
Work closely with the Program coordinator and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and seamless integration of training resources and activities.
Support in preparing materials and logistical planning for each session.
Timeline and Resource Management: help with scheduling and ensuring that the program stays on track regarding timelines. Track deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies to ensure all tasks are completed on time. Monitor resource allocation and assist in resolving scheduling conflicts or delays.
Gather feedback and track participant progress throughout the program. Assist with reporting, including preparing progress reports, performance metrics, and other documents as needed.
Who you are:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana or similar).
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in leadership development and a passion for learning initiatives.
