POMELLATO Industrial Controlling Manager

Our Mission

We are currently looking for an Industrial Controlling Manager who will join our dynamic Finance team based in Milan. As the Industrial Controlling Manager you will report to the Chief Financial Officer and you will play a crucial role in optimizing our manufacturing processes, ensuring cost efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards across our production facilities.

How you will contribute

• Manage financials of 2 production sites (Milan, Valenza)

• Control monthly production costs (labor, activity rate, overheads)

• Prepare the budget

• Monitor and optimize product costing by providing financial guidance to sourcing, planning and manufacturing departments

• Monitor margins vs target

• Monitor inventory level  

• Set up the industrial control framework

• Prepare ad hoc analysis to support management in manufacturing/sourcing decisions

• Manage a team of one controller

Qualifications and competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Economy/Business Administration or Engineering

• 8 years of experience in finance department, industrial controlling role in a manufacturing company is a must

• Strong command of Information Systems, knowledge of Stealth is a plus Strong communication skills

• Excellent problem solving skills

• Rigorous and organized

• Able to work independently

• Fluent in English
