<p><b>KERING BEAUTE – Opération IT Project Manager (F/H)</b></p><p></p><p>As our Operations IT Project Manager, you will play a critical role in driving scalable, standardized, and reusable IT solutions for our Operations &amp; Sales functions.</p><p>Reporting directly to the IT Operations &amp; Sales Lead, your mission will focus on managing strategic projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. </p><p></p><p><b>How you will contribute:</b></p><p></p><p>Your main responsibilities will include:</p><p></p><p>1 - Project Planning and Management: </p><ul><li>Develop detailed project plans with clear scope, objectives, and timelines.</li><li>Lead workshops for gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable deliverables.</li><li>Coordinate stakeholders across Operations, Sales, and IT to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.</li><li>Manage external vendors and resources for seamless execution.</li><li>Ensure alignment with business needs while focusing on standardization and reusability. </li></ul><p>  </p><p>2 - Roadmap Execution</p><ul><li>Support the delivery of an ambitious Operations &amp; Sales roadmap, ensuring technology adoption aligns with business goals.</li><li>Drive SAP S/4 rollouts and related projects, integrating best practices for efficiency and simplicity.</li><li>Oversee cross-functional initiatives while maintaining a focus on scalable and reusable solutions.</li></ul><p></p><p>3 - Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management</p><ul><li>Serve as the IT point of contact for Operations &amp; Sales project stakeholders.</li><li>Facilitate effective communication and manage expectations with senior leaders and business teams.</li><li>Provide regular updates, progress reports, and post-implementation insights to improve future initiatives.</li></ul><p></p><p>4 - Risk Management and Continuous Improvement</p><ul><li>Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing clear mitigation strategies.</li><li>Monitor project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet objectives.</li><li>Conduct post-project reviews to gather lessons learned and improve processes.</li></ul><p></p><p>5 - Quality and Simplicity</p><ul><li>Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to the company’s credo of being standardized, simple, and reusable.</li><li>Promote IT best practices and methodologies to enhance project efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Who you are</span></b></p><p></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience managing IT projects, including roll out.</li><li>Experience with SAP S/4 ( E.g SD- MM modules)</li><li>Technical understanding of SAP integration architecture (e.g. API, event management). </li><li>Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to summarize technical topics effectively.</li><li>Ability to estimate &amp; challenge IT costs</li><li>Experience in driving cross-functional alignment in fast-paced environments.</li><li>Sensitivity to Operations &amp; Sales processes and the ability to integrate functional solutions across departments is a plus.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Why work with us?</span></b></p><p></p><p><span>You would like to join a “start-up” business unit within an agile team, make a difference and participate in the creation of a new area of expertise in a challenging and ambitious market context, where your inputs will be highly valued? KERING BEAUTE – Opération IT Project Manager (F/H)

Kering Beauté, a Kering Group entity created in February 2023, is building a new area of expertise within Kering to ensure its Brands can fulfill their potential in the Beauty category which is a natural extension of their universe.
 
Kering Beauté teams develop this new expertise for a portfolio of powerful Houses such as Bottega Veneta, Balenciaga, Alexander McQueen, Pomellato and Qeelin.

Our purpose is to create value for the Group and its Houses, drawing on each of their unique identity in a way that is fully consistent with their strategy and market positioning, putting innovation and creativity at the core while crafting tomorrow’s Luxury Beauty in a sustainable and responsible way.

<p>As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for several crucial aspects of the customer service process while being the primary Customer contact. You will report directly to the Customer Service Manager and the scope will be Worldwide (Europe and Export).</p><div></div><p><b>Description of main missions</b>:</p><p><b>1. <u>Order management</u></b><u>, <b>Customer Relationship &amp; Sales Support</b></u><b>:</b></p><ul><li>Daily process and integration into SAP of received orders (manual orders and orders placed on B2B portal by Customers)</li><li>Make all the chekcs: stock availability and analyze after ATP run, quotas, technical rejections, coherence datas, credit check, commercial conditions, prices, rounding, lead-times, discontinued products, shelf life, logistic specificities requested by customers</li><li>Inform customers of out-of-stock products, availability dates and alternative products if applicable and discuss opportunities with Sales Assistant and Customers</li><li>Rigorous tracking of the complete order tracking: from receipt to delivery and according to Incoterms &#43; coordination with the 3 PL to ensure shipments</li></ul><ul><li>Close collaboration with:  <ul><li>Sales Team: participate to business reviews, customer account master data follow up</li><li>Finance: ease the cash collection, follow up of the credit limits per customer and strictly apply the cut off rules</li><li>Demand and supply planning: check orders vs quotas</li><li>3PL and transportation team: follow up of deliveries and shipments</li></ul></li></ul><p></p><p><b>2. <u>Customer Returns and Claims Management</u>:</b></p><ul><li>Identify the reasons of returns and claims and communicate with the warehouse for the logistic aspects and/or with the Quality department in order to handle these issues</li><li>Issue Credit notes by following the procedures.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>3. <u>Key Performance Indicators and service continuity</u></b></p><ul><li>Monitor customer satisfaction metrics (lead-time, errors, claims, etc.)</li><li>Follow up of KPI of the Customer Service Department: Fill Rate (analysis of main reasons of not in full), cut off follow up and a daily progress of order status compared to the monthly business target</li></ul><ul><li>Handling specific and priority tasks in the absence of a colleague (be the backup in handling orders, prioritizing requests, coordinating between teams)  </li><li>Onboarding of new employees in the department (IT training, process training and other trainings related to the department).</li></ul><p><br /><b>Hard Skills</b></p><ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within Customer Service/ADV and Supply Chain and ideally in the Luxury and Beauty Industry</li><li>Languages: French, fluent in English</li><li>Tools: Microsoft 365, strong technical skills SAP S/4 and Dynamics 365 and strong affinity for IT systems</li><li>In-depth knowledge of Incoterms and customs clearance knowledge.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Soft Skills</b></p><ul><li>Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (both oral and written)</li><li>Autonomous, adaptable, proactive, strong team spirit and able to anticipate needs</li><li>Meticulous attention to details and accuracy in data handling</li><li>Customer service-oriented with ease in intercultural communication.</li></ul>
