KERING EYEWEAR Sample Specialist Temp

We are currently seeking a Sample Specialist Temp who will report to the Regional After Sales Associate Manager based out in our Bridgewater (NJ) Office.

Your opportunity

The Sample Specialist temp is responsible to manage the North America samples process in a comprehensive, innovative, timely and accurate fashion. Work along with supply chain, planning and logistics (Regional and Headquarter) to deliver service excellence. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.

How you will contribute

• Own the assigned territory and sample-related special tasks
• Maintain and cross-functionally enforce the samples calendar for the assigned territory 
• Manage the entire samples process and samples policy for the assigned territory
• Monitor and take course of action where necessary to improve sample-related KPIs
• Manage the assigned samples order portfolio with focus on new hires, new releases, bill & replace
• Coordinate new hires onboarding, their samples and selling tools
• Coordinate samples transfers between brand ambassadors and/or showrooms
• Coordinate quarterly recalls and their reconciliation ahead of the annual inventory 
• Coordinate annual physical count for the assigned territory 
• Supervise samples returns in compliance with agreed procedures
• Coordinate warehouse and transportation activities related to samples management
• Supervise customer master data ensuring timely maintenance, accuracy, completeness and integrity of all information
• Support regional sales events and showrooms pre/during/post event
• Maintain, identify and recommend opportunities to increase process efficiencies and service levels

Who you are

• Proven experience in a samples management environment, preferably in an optical eyewear organization
• Knowledge of Customer Service processes
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with proficiency in Excel
• Working knowledge of SAP suite system (ERP, BI)
• Strong self-starter
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Strong analytical skills
• Problem solver
• Ability to prioritize work effectively
• Passionate team player with a proactive orientation to results
• Capable of working under pressure
• Genuinely curious and not afraid of innovation
