    We are currently seeking a NY Residence Manager who will report to the VP of Retail, East Coast & Canada.

    The NY Residence Manager will lead the Client Relations efforts for our Madison Avenue Flagship, with the overall objective of strengthening the store team's ability to drive growth among top customers. This includes building one-to-one relationships, elevating client experiences, and identifying client recruitment opportunities in the market

    How you will contribute:

    • Oversee the overall management and daily operations of the residence, ensuring a seamless and luxurious client experience while maintaining high standards of service, coordination, and efficiency.
    • Design and execute a top client growth strategy at the store level in collaboration with the Madison Avenue Store Director and the VP of Retail, East Coast & Canada
    • Collaborate with the Retail Experience and Marketing teams to create and activate locally relevant brand partnerships, attracting new high-potential clients to the brand
    • Establish and cultivate strategic relationships with top stylists and celebrities, fostering their growth within the brand
    • Spearhead in-store animation and retail programming plans for the Madison Avenue Flagship
    • Drive sales for high-end product offerings
    • Develop personalized one-to-one client plans for Top VICs (Very Important Clients) and high-potential individuals
    • Drive performance of key client development KPIs by supporting stores with reporting and action plan development
    • Implement client retention and acquisition strategies to strengthen loyalty and broaden our client network
    • Meet and exceed assigned monthly and annual sales targets for the Residence

    Who you are:

    • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the competitive landscape, market trends, and global activations
    • Prior retail experience in a managerial role
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to engage and influence internally and externally
    • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work cross-functionally and navigate quickly changing environments
    • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
    • Marketing and Events experience
    • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint
    • Bachelor's degree
    • 8-10 years of professional experience in VIC Relations, Marketing, and/or Retail

    Salary Range - New York:

    • Annual salary range of $110,000-$130,000 (plus discretionary bonus)
