BOTTEGA VENETA BD Executive

Requirements:

1, Bachelor’s degree above in Finance ,or Marketing, or equivalent experience.

2, 3 years working experience in Chinese retail industry/real estate industry/Mkt job

3, Fluent in both spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and English.

4, Rich knowledge about Chinese Retail market.

5,Good execution, ability to learn, communication, detailed driven.

6,Good analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to acquire/interpret data.

The main tasks he/she could help me are shown below:

1. Shape and prepare BD project reports

2. Coordinate with Finance and Lawyer to ensure new store operates safely

3. Obtain singed contracts and payments in full

4. Coordinate with the architecture team so that the project is properly developed to ensure proper handover of property premises and development of site to meet BD requirements 

5. Maintain the existing corporate or lease agreements so that renewal or termination process are properly looked after

6. Assist with managing the existing store maintenance issues

7. Develop and follow up BD plan, analyze the updated information in the retail market

8. Collect market intelligence relates to the business development

9. Assist other ad-hoc issues assigned by management that relates to the business
