We are currently seeking a HR and Organization Intern who will report to the WW Supply Chain & Logistics HR Director and join our dynamic team based in Trecate.

    Your opportunity

    You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources, particularly in supporting HR Business Partner (HRBP) functions and organizational development projects. The intern will work closely with the HRBP team to align HR strategies with business objectives and enhance organizational efficiency.

    How you will contribute

    • Support HRBP activities:
    • Assist in delivering HR support to business units, including talent management, performance management and employee engagement initiatives;
    • Collaborate on the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs to support employee development and organizational growth.
    • Support all the initiatives related to the development and implementation of the graduate program project.
    • Data analysis: Collect and analyze HR-related data to generate insights for workforce planning and decision-making.
    • Employee life cycle: Liaise with shared services for transactional activities related to full employee life cycle.
    • Organizational projects: Contribute to the design and implementation of organizational development initiatives, including change management and process optimization.
    • Documentation and reporting: Maintain accurate HR records and create reports on key HR metrics.

    Who you are

    • A graduate or soon to be graduate in Economics, HR, Business Management or related fileds
    • A person with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • A proactive and collaborative mindset
    • Able to handle sensitive information with discretion
    • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
    • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint
    • Fluent in English, Italian as a plus
