    We are currently seeking a Vendor Compliance Application Expert who will report to the Traceability Apps Manager as part of our dynamic team in Milan.

    Your opportunity

    You will work in the Production and Aftersales team, part of the Supply Chain & HR domain of Kering Tech.

    You will be responsible for providing high quality solutions and services related to the applications used for Supplier management across Group Luxury Brands (Audit and compliance, Vendor Rating, Contract management, Sustainability principles, etc.). You will identify solid system designs and high-quality solutions to solve business requirements, guaranteeing the due lifecycle of the tools, from evolution to retirement and replacement. You will work closely with various corporate business teams. 

    How you will contribute

    Project Management: Oversee projects related to supplier management (audit and compliance, vendor rating, contract management, sustainability principles, etc.).

    Implementation: Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including software and vendor selection, deliverables (functional and technical analysis), project planning and monitoring, testing, validation, application upgrades, and system decommissioning to avoid obsolescence.

    Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with vendors, including demand and capacity planning.

    Strategic Support: Assist the Manager in identifying development strategies for supplier management applications and propose roadmaps for application evolution.

    Risk Management: Handle constraints, risks, issues, conflict escalation, and negotiations to normalize and recover from critical events, whether predictable or unexpected.

    Team Support: Support and leverage the strengths and competencies of the team.

    Service Management: Be responsible for application services and SLAs.

    Budget Management: Assist in managing the dedicated budget (capex and opex for the applications in scope).

    Who you are

    Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field preferred.

    Professional Experience: At least 7 years of IT experience in large, complex, and international companies.

    Supplier Management Expertise: Deep knowledge of supplier management, including risk management, audit, reputation, and strategic sourcing.

    BI Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with BI tools principles and architecture, with a preference for Qlik or GCP.

    Collaborative Skills: Proven ability to work collaboratively with others and build strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

    Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.

    Personal Attributes: Rigorous, autonomous, organized, committed, and transparent.

    Leadership and Technical Skills: Strong team management skills and technical knowledge that establish you as a recognized leader in the field.

    Adaptability: Ability to execute tasks effectively in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.

    Language Proficiency: Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of French is a plus.
