Your Opportunity
We are seeking a highly qualified Wholesale Area Manager France to lead and develop our operations in France.
How you will contribute
Supervise and manage all operations within the French territory.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and develop plans for market penetration.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team to ensure performance goals are met.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives and product launches.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Who you are
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 10 years of experience in sales or business development.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
Willingness to travel as needed.
