Position: Trainer
Report To: Training manager
Location: Tokyo Main Office, BALENCIAGA Japan
MISSION
Closely collaborate with the local retail and MD team to achieve excellent store experience and performance through training in line with the company strategy.
MIAN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and conduct various classroom training sessions, such as onboarding, product/service focused and the other ad-hoc training.
- Support the store team to acquire prospect/new clients and elevate their client segmentation by implementing Balenciaga Client Journey
- Deliver in-store training/coaching to improve CVR and elevate the services as analyzing the results of mystery shopping and NPS
- Well-collaborate with the stakeholders to reach the sales target and KPIs
- Identify best practices and spread them throughout the network.
REQUIREMENT
- More than 3-5 years’ experiences in retail training
- Experience in fashion / luxury / retail industry is preferable.
- Deep understanding of fashion and knowledge of business and markets
- Strong facilitation, interpersonal and coaching skills
- Positive attitude and mindset to guide and motivate the team members towards the success.
- Able to travel outside of Tokyo.
- Fundamental PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Fluency in English is ideal (oral and written) and native level of Japanese.
