KERING EYEWEAR Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

We are currently seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager who will report to Senior Finance Manager in Kering Eyewear China.

The potential candidate will need to be customer-oriented and autonomous, who will solve issues proactively and seek for improvements continuously.

How you will contribute

• Lead the annual budget, periodic/rolling forecast and business plan processes, identify the reasons behind, risks and opportunities and work closely with key stakeholders to seek for and implement the solutions.
• Full P&L management, via strictly monitoring Topline/OPEX/EBIT control and standardizing discount/promotion scheme across different brands and different platforms, providing pre and post analysis of business review.
• Refine working process via continuously improve procedure to financialize P&L impact, monthly approve and review business performance.
• Actively participate and support in all projects, such as to financial modeling, research, and analysis of trends, and set clear guidance and value chain simulation with the project team.
• Providing in-depth business analysis, via analyzing market trend and brand strategies, forecasting 3 years business plan, leveraging and coordinating mix channel management by setting clear principles among different channels. Responsible to evaluate the investment for multi- channels or platforms, and set clear guidance and value chain simulation on discount, promotion plan etc. Suggest pricing strategy and commercial value chain to help brand maximum gross margin and improve profitability significantly.
• Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the required reports.
• Ad-hoc reporting and projects as assigned by management.

Who you are

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above. Experience: at least 5 years’ experience in a FMCG as financial business plan & analyst.
• Core Competencies:
• Good team-player, Self-Motivation, Communicate and Influence, Problem Solving, Innovative Thinking and Business Sensitivity
• Languages and Skills: Fluent and proficient in both Mandarin and English.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint. Hands-on experience with SAP is a must HFM, BPC and BI apps experiences are preferred Detail oriented, and be able to work under pressure
