We are currently seeking an Global User Experience Coordinator as part of our dynamic team in Milan.
How you will contribute:
- Be the point of contact with Content and Creative team, responsible for collecting brief, elaborating requests and deliver outputs
- Conduct UX analysis and explore dedicated tools to highlight insights and propose improvements. Apply best-in-class UX Design principles in order to provide meaningful and relevant experiences to users
- Lunch A/B tests to evaluate efficiency of different options
- Elaborate reports on UX, heatmaps and consumer behaviors
- Benchmark, scout and propose any relevant activity that could be beneficial to our E-commerce. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, innovations, developments
- Deliver sketches, wireframes or any design-related deliverable requested
- Support and optimize cross-website activities
- Collaborate with external agencies and partner for special projects and activities
- Present new concepts and functionalities to other departments in a clear and concise manner
Who you are:
- At least 2 years experience in E-commerce, Consumer trending or similar, with a focus on UX/UI
- Excellent project management skills, including multi-tasking, prioritization and organization in a deadline driven atmosphere (balancing emergencies vs scheduled project work)
- Strong interpersonal, team-playing and communication skills
- Relevant experience on User Experience principles, to apply to Bottega Veneta’s digital channels as required
- Contentsquare knowledge is a plus
- Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Sketch, Figma
- Strong capability in digital design, especially relating to website, app and digital platforms
- Ability to receive a brief and produce concepts which are aligned to the initial objectives and strategy.
- Strong understanding of the creative process, from initial briefing and concept, to final delivery
- Passion and knowledge of the Luxury Fashion ecosystem, curious about industry trends
- Advanced level skills in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on document presentation in an excellent format. Jira and other ticketing system knowledge is a plus
- Fluent in English
