Your opportunity
We are currently seeking a Junior Retail Excellence Manager EMEA as part of our dynamic Retail Excellence & Training Team in Milan.
How you will contribute
- Developing dedicated training contents (presentations, modules, videos) and being able to convert it into digital contents through different platforms and tools
- Being able to coordinate external suppliers to ensure an efficient workflow and guarantee content creation in the right timing
- Understanding the business model of each client/brand, being able to support the definition and development of the annual training strategy
- Being able to collaborate with the different sales channels and plan a seasonal training support dedicated to key projects
- Organizing training sessions, both virtual and in presence, for selected locations in the EMEA region
- Being able to perform efficient store visits in line with the key channel’s priorities and objectives
- Analyze the different KPIs to measure training effectiveness
- Being curious and proactive to always innovate and strengthen the training efficacy
Who you are
- Prior experience (at least 3 years) in Training or Retail Excellence
- Expertise in the usage of Teach on Mars and Rise
- Fluent in Italian, English and French
- Advanced expertise in Excel and Power Point
- Strong focus on results and respect of deadlines
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Good public speaking ability
- Entrepreneurship autonomy and problem-solving skills
- Being available for business trips within the EMEA region
- Passion and enthusiasm
