Your opportunity 

The Mall Luxury Outlets is currently seeking for a Security Specialist, being based at our office in Florence, Italy.

How you will contribute 

• Manage and maintain physical security systems, conduct vulnerability assessments, and oversee contractors' activities.
• Develop and test security procedures, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Collect and analyse security data, prepare reports, and conduct preliminary theft or shortage analyses.
• Stay updated with laws and regulations, liaise with vendors and security functions, and ensure compliance with security guidelines.
• Report risks, lead investigations, conduct security assessments, and serve as a point of contact with the police and other security functions.
• Ensure security services are performed, address customer needs, oversee service quality, support special events.

Who you are 

• At least 4 years’ experience in the security sector.
• Good knowledge of system management (Access control, CCTV, alarms, PSIM and / or management software).
• Trustable and in possession of high level of confidential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in security-related subjects is considered a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
