We are currently seeking a Private Client Director who will report to the VP of Retail Experience, Americas as part of our dynamic team in New York. This individual will acquire and develop high end clients for the brand while implementing leading loyalty plans to grow the high-end business and luxury brand positioning.
How you will contribute:
High end client acquisition:
- Accelerate recruitment of high end clients for the brand, building strategic partnerships and network within key markets in the Americas.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing high-net-worth clients to grow top client segment and spend.
- Establish and cultivate strategic relationships with top stylists and personal shoppers, fostering theirs and their clients’s brand engagement.
- Develop partnerships with travel, hotel, concierge services to offer key services to drive acquisition and cultivation of Vvic clients.
- Design and implement a top client growth strategy for the AMER region, in collaboration with the VP of Retail Experience
Strengthen Top client relations across the Americas Region:
- Partner with Store leadership and Top Client advisors to build strong local relations and partnerships focusing on developing High end client segment and business.
- Build a robust network of Private Client Managers in the New York and LA markets.
- Manage objectives for the Private Client Advisor program in partnership with Merchandising and Retail Experience.
- Develop personalized one-to-one client plans for Top VICs and high-potential individuals
- Drive performance of key client development KPIs by supporting stores with reporting and action plan development
- Host top clients and prospects at local and international brand events
Retail Calendar and Animation:
- Plan and execute high end events and experiences that showcase the brand latest collections and exclusive pieces.
- Drive sales for high-end product offerings
- Client interactions: attending events and networking with clients is expected.
- Collaborate with marketing and store teams to create targeted strategies that resonate with VIC clients
- Manage, implement, and action top client seasonal gifting programs
Develop VIC in store experience
- Develop and launch initiatives to foster VIC moments in store with clients
- Lead efforts on VIC Stores,
- Such as Aspen, Rosewood Miramar, etc
- Speerhead VIC Room/ Apartment initiatives in the region
- Collaborate with Retail Performance and Retail Operations to enhance in store hosting experiences
Who you are:
- The ideal candidate will have an exceptional understanding of the competitive landscape, market trends, and global activations
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills and experience interacting and working with VIC clients
- Proven network of high end individuals and organizations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to engage and influence internally and externally
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work cross-functionally and navigate quickly changing environments
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Experience presenting to senior management and assembling executive level communication
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree
- 10-15 years of professional experience in VIC Relations, Marketing, and/or Retail
Salary Range- New York:
- Salary range of $120,000-130,000 (plus discretionary bonus)
