In addition to its state-of-the-art Bespoke service, the House offers unparalleled, made in Italy, ready-to-wear, leather goods, shoes and accessories, both for formalwear and leisurewear, as well as fragrances.Founded in Rome and part of the Kering Group, Brioni designs and crafts in the spirit of slow luxury, a value for the planet and people that unites the craftsmen and communities behind the House.We are currently seeking a Legal Counsel who will report to the General Counsel as part of our team in Rome.Your opportunityThis is a challenging position in a stimulating environment where you will join Legal Department in the management of legal matters, in particular commercial contracts, intellectual property related matters and corporate.How you will contributeYou will provide support to the Legal Team, among others, in the following activities:<ul><li>Support in the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts (both in English and Italian), such as but not limited to:</li></ul>distribution agreements, license and franchise agreements, service agreements, lease agreements, NDAs, etc.<ul><li>Intellectual property issues in relation trademarks’ portfolio</li><li>Manage corporate matters such as drafting of meeting minutes, PoAs, keeping up-to-date Company books, records and database</li><li>Manage the relationship with international law consultants</li></ul>Who you areQualifications, skills and professional experience:<ul><li>Master’s Degree in Law</li><li>Admitted to the Italian BAR </li><li>At least 4/5 years of professional experience gained in first ranked international law firms </li><li>Additional experience in international companies in luxury/fashion/jewellery industry is a plus</li><li>English fluency (at least C1).
