Job Family Group Description - Human Resources:

Sub-Job Family Description - Learning/Training:
Anticipates learning needs, providing initiatives and liaising with internal and external interlocutors to organise training and development initiatives. Aims at sharpening the technical, behavioural skills and knowledge of our employees in order to enhance their performance and professional development. Provides training and development activities to other functions.
MISSION
Closely collaborate with the local retail and MD team to achieve excellent store experience and performance through training in line with the company strategy.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Train Sales Associates in-classroom and follow up in-store OJT
- Induction training for newcomers and store opening
- Client journey
- Product training including facilitation and material localization
- Product fundamentals in each category
- In-store workshops such as RTW mix & match
- Follow up / support for mystery shopping and NPS
- Make sure SAs understanding of training conducted.
- Identify best practices and spread them throughout the network.
- Conduct other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities may be required or assigned.
REQUIREMENT
- More than 3-5 years’ experiences in training
- Experience in fashion / luxury / retail industry is preferable
- Deep understanding of fashion and knowledge of business and markets
- Strong facilitation, interpersonal and coaching skills
- Positive attitude and mindset to guide and motivate the team members towards the success.
- Able to travel outside of Tokyo
- Fundamental PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Fluency in English is ideal (oral and written) and native level of Japanese
