    Your opportunity

    We are currently looking for a BRAND IDENTITY EXPERT who will work closely with the Brand & Product Director to support the development and management of our Brand projects, ensuring consistency and quality across all company touchpoints.

    In this role, you will have the opportunity to combine creativity and project management, actively contributing to the definition and implementation of the brand identity and managing cross-departmental projects.

    How you will contribute

    A. Creative Development:

    • Support the creation of Brand materials and creative concept development for Brand projects, ensuring alignment with Brand identity and overall strategy
    • Support in research and concept presentations for new collections, campaigns, or Brand projects, collaborating with the Design team, Business Development, or Marketing to shape the outputs
    • Propose innovative ideas to strengthen the Brand’s visual identity and enhance its perception
    • Support in the development of 360 Brand concepts for new launches across touchpoints

    B. Project Coordination:

    • Coordinate the operational development of key Brand materials, collaborating with suppliers, external agencies, and internal teams
    • Conduct aesthetic and quality reviews of Brand collaterals, providing constructive feedback to improve consistency and quality within the defined timeframe

    C. Brand Integrity:

    • Deeply understand the Brand DNA, including its essence, history, style, values, and personality
    • Serve as the operational point of reference to ensure adherence to Brand guidelines across all departments and touchpoints
    • Verify that produced materials meet established aesthetic and strategic criteria, providing feedback as necessary
    • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a consistent Brand tone of voice across different channels
    • Work closely with the Marketing team, Product management, Design, and other departments to ensure the creative vision is respected at all times
    • Support the Brand & Product Director in managing brand positioning and differentiation strategies

    Who You Are

    • Previous experience in similar roles, with a strong focus on branding, creative development, or art direction.
    • Strong creative aesthetic sense and attention to detail
    • Proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
    • Aptitude for teamwork and building fruitful relationships with various internal and external stakeholders
    • Copywriting skills
    • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
    • Excellent knowledge of English and Italian (written and spoken)
