HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTEGENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Achieve sales goals</li><li>Opening and closing of the store</li><li>Ensure stockroom is organized and is set up properly so staff can easily access merchandise</li><li>Assist management in overseeing day-to-day operations of store</li><li>Work towards balanced strengths in sales, operations, merchandising and personnel management</li><li>Maintain great interpersonal skills to ensure clear, effective communication with all Departments, stores, colleagues and staff</li><li>Ensure that Customer complaints and feedback are handled appropriately and in a timely manner</li><li>Support, follow, implement and enforce store operations manual at all times and provide feedback on any updates/changes that might become necessary</li><li>Enforce all sustainability policies that are implemented by the company both locally and globally</li></ul>STOCK, INVENTORY &amp; LOSS PREVENTION MANAGEMENT<ul><li>Ensure store shrinkage by partnering with the Stock Associate / Operations Manager / Sales Team through sound operational execution</li><li>Cash Registers &amp; Safe: Ensure that the registers and safe are functioning properly and enforce back of house standards for cash/change accuracy along with timely bank deposits</li></ul>VISUAL MANAGEMENT<ul><li>Assist with implementation of visual display and merchandising as directed by the SM/Direct Report according to company’s standards</li><li>Ensure that all company information related to visual standards, received from Store. YOUR OPPORTUNITY 

The Sales & Client Advisor with Keys is to aid management in ensuring opening and closing procedures are performed correctly according to company’s policies. Provide customers with top quality service by meeting their needs and expectations.

<div>HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTEA BUSINESS DEVELOPER<ul><li>Assist the Store Director in overseeing floor coverage, driving sales, visual merchandising, display, client service, and operational functions within the Store</li><li>Analyze the results: daily, weekly, monthly and set up constant assessments</li><li>Support the Store Director in reporting all the relevant information to the HQs</li><li>Share the information with the store team</li><li>Know and monitor the business environment including local competition</li><li>Provide high quality feedback and requested reports to the Store Director</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Support the Store Director and lead the Department Managers in achieving targeted quantitative and qualitative goals</li><li>Implement action plans defined with the HQ and Store director and guarantee follow-up</li><li>Update store team on the KPIs and give them support to reach them</li></ul>A TALENT LEADER AND DEVELOPER<ul><li>Create and maintain a positive work environment</li><li>Embody the brand behaviors and ensure that the store team is also aligned</li><li>Motivate and challenge the team on a daily basis</li><li>Support the Store Director in setting up team and individual activities: morning briefs, one to one meetings</li><li>Partner with the Store Director and/or Department Managers on how to handle all employee issues</li><li>Attract, develop and retain talent</li><li>Manage the Department Managers and support them in their activities</li><li>Assist the Store Director and Department Managers with sales team development on the operational side of the business by following up on clear goals and providing timely and consistent feedback</li><li>Share the development plans with the Store Director and Operations Manager</li><li>Support the Store Director in creating a team, whose activities are always motivated, competent and up to date in the fashion and luxury industries</li></ul>A BRAND PROMOTER (CLIENTS)<ul><li>Behave as a Balenciaga Ambassador, sustain and promote the culture of the brand internally and externally</li><li>Promote the culture of the brand internally and externally</li><li>Oversee the clienteling approach following the guidelines provided by HQs</li><li>Ensure store atmosphere upholds brand image</li><li>Ensure Balenciaga Signature and Client experience are executed and consistent over time</li><li>Supervise sales to ensure client satisfaction, engagement and that the Balenciaga qualitative standards are maintained</li><li>Follow up CEE and NPS scores and set up actions accordingly</li><li>Develop clienteling mindset and client&#39;s loyalty and retention from beginners to VIC</li><li>Assure the recruitment, development, retention of clients (from high qualitative data collection to “one to one” relationship)</li><li>Guarantee excellent client experience in line with Balenciaga signature</li><li>Assure the measurement of “in Store” actions on all channels (phone, mail, etc.)</li><li>Manage all delicate situations regarding client complaints and the overall sales process are dealt with accordingly</li><li>Build a network of people who have an impact on local and international luxury business in order to promote client loyalty, especially with VIC and VVICs</li></ul>A PROCESS MANAGER<ul><li>Ensure that all the processes are in compliance with legal, safety, security, internal requirements, sustainability, HR guidelines</li><li>Ensure that the image of the Store is in compliance with Balenciaga standards and that the store team is aligned and have access to the resources</li><li>Achieve and authorize planning, organize and plan the activities providing available resources to manage the expected workload</li><li>Take all the necessary measures in order to guarantee the safety of the products and valuable materials in the store</li><li>Opening and closing of the store</li><li>Oversee day-to-day operations of store</li><li>Maintain a cost-conscious approach when suggesting initiatives, when reviewing bills and when making expense decisions. We are currently seeking an Associate Store Director who will report to the Store Director. 

YOUR OPPORTUNITY 

The Associate Store Director leads the Department Managers and store sales team in order to meet and exceed all sales and KPIs goals, in compliance with all processes and guidelines.

They are responsible for promoting brand engagement to clients to guarantee the quantitative and qualitative goals assigned to bring the store at its full potential.

They act as representative of the Store Director and thus fulfils all the tasks given by the HQ/HO and Store Director.

Votre opportunité Rattaché à l’équipe Formation Produit, vous participerez activement au développement des formations de la Maison Balenciaga. Vous serez un support dans l’élaboration du contenu lié aux produits de la Maison à travers les différents outils mis à votre disposition (Suite Adobe : Indesign, Premiere Pro ; Suite Microsoft : Powerpoint, Excel, Word) dans le respect des deadlines (défilés, lancements produits, formations ponctuelles). Cristóbal Balenciaga fonde sa Maison en 1917 dans son pays natal, l’Espagne. En 1937, il établit sa marque à Paris et y conçoit ses collections jusqu’en 1968. Cristóbal Balenciaga, en tant que Couturier, proposait une création exigeante et avait la réputation de ne faire aucun compromis ce qui lui valut d’être désigné par Christian Dior comme « le maître à tous » et comme « le couturier des couturiers » par Gabrielle Chanel. Les formes ultra-modernes sont devenues la signature de la Maison. 

Si l’identité de la Maison est avant tout ancrée dans son prêt-à-porter conceptuel, ses collections de maroquinerie, chaussures et autres accessoires connaissent également un succès mondial. Les sacs de la Maison sont d’ailleurs devenus des icônes de la maroquinerie d’aujourd’hui. Lancées pour l’Été 2017, les collections prêt-à-porter Homme Balenciaga ont rapidement été couronnées de succès à l’international.

Depuis octobre 2015, Demna est directeur artistique et conçoit l’ensemble des collections de la Maison.
