We are currently seeking a HR Generalist as part of our dynamic team in Milan.In this role you will work on a variety of human resources-related subjects with a strong focus on talent acquisition, performance and talent management, organizational design, employee relations and HR operations. How you will contribute?<ul><li>Identify the recruiting needs and manage the recruitment processes for middle management and junior profiles to support the functions based in Milan (Merchandising, Marketing, E- Commerce, Retail Experience, Facilities, Finance, Legal and Operations) with the responsibility for all HR activities and the end-to-end employee lifecycle.</li><li>Prepare the onboarding of new joiners.</li><li>Support the Managers to perform the Talent and Performance reviews for corporate &amp; business functions to retain &amp; develop talents and elaborate succession plans.</li><li>Preparation of annual Salary Review.</li><li>Preparation of Budget and Forecast with relative Organizational Charts and in partnership with the HR cost controlling team and monitor the monthly evolution of both headcount and budget and liaise with HR cost controlling Department on extra costs.</li><li>Manage expenses related to external Human Resources suppliers (labour lawyers, tax, immigration consultants and relocation agencies, placement agencies, universities).</li><li>Frequently exchange with Kering and Bottega Veneta HR teams for ad hoc projects (employee opinion survey, onboarding path, giving back project, global learning day…).</li><li>Manage day-to-day administrative Human Resources activities for corporate &amp; business functions in partnership with HR Intern and Payroll teams.</li><li>Update the HR systems and database for the corporate &amp; business functions and collect, review and insert all monthly invoices into the company tracking and payment system.</li><li>Identify training needs for teams and individuals work together with the learning team to develop impactful and inspiring training moments.</li></ul>Who you are?<ul><li>2-3 Years of Human Resources experience.</li><li>BA/MA in Humanities, Economics, Social Sciences, Psychology.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Fluent in English and Italian.</li><li>Strong interpersonal, organizational and follow through skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word, knowledge of Workday is a plus.</li><li>Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.</li><li>Ability to take initiative and work independently at times.</li><li>Ability to organize and keep track of important documents.
