Your opportunity             In the E-merchandising team, you will manage the ecom product launches &amp; catalog, ensure the best quality of assets for the products (images, prices, description, etc), content asset management in line with marketing calendar.How you will contribute <ul><li>Coordinate ecom product launches in line with marketing plans and market requirements, collaborating closely with the Buying and Digital Content teams.</li><li>Ensure consistency of information on product sheets and visual merchandising, segment the offer, and provide product recommendations in collaboration with the E-VM Coordinator.</li><li>Implement and manage the e-merchandising strategy, including site ergonomics and customer journey optimization. Update the merchandising of redirect pages and verify the availability of promoted products.</li><li>Collaborate with regional e-commerce teams (where possible) to optimize site search functionality and improve result rankings.</li><li>Update site content based on marketing priorities and communication highlights. We are currently seeking a Product Performance & E-Merchandising specialist who will report to the E-merchandising manager.

This considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications. We are currently seeking an Associate Store Director who will report to the Store Director. 

YOUR OPPORTUNITY 

The Associate Store Director leads the Department Managers and store sales team in order to meet and exceed all sales and KPIs goals, in compliance with all processes and guidelines.

They are responsible for promoting brand engagement to clients to guarantee the quantitative and qualitative goals assigned to bring the store at its full potential.

They act as representative of the Store Director and thus fulfils all the tasks given by the HQ/HO and Store Director.

Your opportunity The Client Engagement Intern is responsible for rolling out Balenciaga client strategy in the market and will implement clienteling tools &amp; programs in store by ensuring training, follow-up and tracking of all actions.
